A Vancouver Island company required an artist’s rendering of perspective views of their future development for marketing and promotional materials. In order to capture the most realistic views of the unbuilt development, the company hired GIS Solutions to create three-dimensional terrain and building models, from various architectural sketches and engineering plans, that were then used by the artist for rendering the finished development from any perspective. This provided the company with materials that best represented the finished development – maintaining the integrity of the marketing, and leveraged the time of the artist while at the same time developing an important visual tool for continued planning.
